The species is more frequently found in northern Europe, Russia, and Canada. In terms of length, the moose&#8217;s antlers are the longest. The males can grow up to 400 pounds (182 kg) in weight and measure 71 to 84 inches (180 to 214 cm) in length. A plethora of trails wind through and ascend the mountains. The park is also home to two of Scotland&#8217;s Great Trails.\u00a0<\/p><p>Locals refer to the 55 distinct mountains that rise to 3,001 feet (910 meters) as Munros. Hikers and trekkers can reach the summit of each of them to enjoy the surrounding vistas. The trails are short or multi-day, and they are easy to challenge.<\/p><p>1:\u00a0 Loch Muick Trail<\/p><p>This is a loop trail covering a distance of 7.9 miles (12.71 km) while traveling around the lake.\u00a0 There is an elevation change of 800 feet (243.8 m), but the trail is rated easy.\u00a0 There are views of the lake and surrounding mountain landscape as well as chances to see wildlife.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h4>2:\u00a0 Lochnagar Munro Trail<\/h4><p>This loop trail is rated difficult and travels 18.1 miles (29.13 km) and ascends 4,220 feet (1,286.3 m). The panoramic views are astounding, and you may see wildflowers, wildlife, wilderness, and a waterfall along the way. However, parts of the trail are quite rocky.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h4>3:\u00a0 Cairnwell Trail<\/h4><p>This is a 6.6-mile (10.62 km) loop trail with an elevation gain of 1,932 feet (588.87 m). The trail provides views of the mountains and a lake and offers opportunities to see wildflowers and wildlife.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h4>4:\u00a0 Speyside Way Trail<\/h4><p>This long-distance trail extends 66 miles (107 km) from Aviemore to Buckpool Harbour.
